Biography
Peer Learning and Leadership Coordinator Madison Grant earned her bachelor's degree magna cum laude in child and family studies with a concentration in community outreach from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UT). Grant began her career in the nonprofit world, where she first managed a K12 afterschool program serving several local schools. She ultimately ended up in event planning and student retention, where she served students across the city in a variety of capacities. She then transitioned to the Tickle College of Engineering where she coordinates the college's Tutoring Center as well as its Living and Learning Community, the Engage LLC. Grant firmly believes in creating experiences that help others succeed, and now spends her days focusing on the success of engineering students at the UT.
